Matthew Brabham, No. 83

Winning his fifth consecutive race, Brabham took the checkers over nine seconds in front of the rest of the field for the Father's Day weekend event. The MAZDASPEED Scholarship Driver celebrated the win with father Geoff Brabham in the DHL victory circle here at Milwaukee IndyFest.

"This is the longest race we've done all year. Basically we made sure we could last the whole race. We had a great car; the team's work has been absolutely phenomenal all year. The car has been good everywhere we've been, so I can't thank those guys enough. They're working really hard, and it's all falling into place for us. The race was pretty interesting. It was weird, not knowing what to expect since we hadn't run a race that long before, and it was even more difficult with this place being relatively hard on the tires because we're riding on the edge all the way around. But, we managed, and thankfully the Cooper tires held up, and it was a great race for me."

Shelby Blackstock, No. 28 Starstruck

After rolling off the grid in fifth, Blackstock struggled with a loose car but brought home his No. 28 Starstruck machine safely in seventh. The Nashville, TN native and the Pro Mazda squad head to the streets of Toronto for next month's doubleheader.

"The night started a bit rough. As soon as we went into Turn 1 on the first lap we had a huge wiggle, and by Lap 2 it was obvious the car was extremely loose. Towards about the 20th lap, it turned into a survival race, fighting just to keep the car beneath me. We took the points tonight with seventh, and hopefully we can improve the rest of the season. Now we're heading to some street circuits, and that's definitely our strong suit, so hopefully we can get back on the podium and finish the year off strong."
