Zack Meyer, 18, of Toronto, Ontario, is one of the top kart racers in the sport today and a rising star in open-wheel racing.  He is the current BSKRC 125/ICC class champion, and he also won the title in 2009 and is off to a strong start in 2011 with a dominating performance at the opening round of the 2011 Florida Winter Tour at the Orlando Kart Center where he was quick from the opening session and ended the double race weekend with two poles, two pre-final wins and two final wins.  Meyer has also been mixing his kart racing with forays into open-wheel racing, driving several races each season in 2009 and 2010 with the Toronto-based AIM Autosport team that won the 2008 Star Mazda Championship with John Edwards; he finished 14th in his first-ever Star Mazda start.
